We collect personal data that you choose to provide to us, including:

• Your name;
• Your email address;
• Your phone number;
• The content of any messages you send us through our chat widget, booking forms, or by email; and
• Technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and usage information collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.

We use the personal data we collect to:

• Respond to your enquiries and provide the services you request;
• Schedule and confirm calls, consultations, and appointments;
• Send you messages by SMS, email, or chat that you have asked to receive; and
• Operate, maintain, and improve our website and services.

When an authorized Organization owner connects Facebook through the B&F Reporting App, we receive authorization to read the Facebook Pages and advertising account selected for that connection. This can include the Meta identity that granted access, Page and account identifiers and names, currency and timezone, campaign and ad information, creative metadata, and advertising performance such as spend, impressions and clicks. For selected Pages, we read available daily statistics such as views, viewers, engagements, follows, unfollows and Page visits. These reporting permissions do not grant permission to publish posts or edit advertising.

We use this information to provide your Organization's reporting, keep reports up to date, verify access, and investigate connection or reporting problems. Dashboard access follows your Organization's user permissions. Authorized Business & Fitness staff may access the information when providing the service and support. Connection credentials are protected on our servers and are not displayed to dashboard users.

Disconnecting an account stops future imports for that connection. Previously imported reporting remains available to authorized users, subject to the data retention policy below. To request deletion of data associated with the Meta connection, follow our Meta data deletion instructions or email hello@businessandfitness.dk.

When you start a conversation through our chat widget and provide your mobile phone number, you are opting in to receive text messages (SMS) from Business & Fitness related to your enquiry, such as replies to your questions and appointment or booking confirmations.

• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are never required to opt in to messaging to use our website or services.
• Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with us.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier.
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the details above.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information is used solely to communicate with you and is shared only with the service providers that help us deliver those messages, as described below.

Under the GDPR, we process your personal data on the basis of:

• Your consent — for example, when you opt in to receive SMS messages or accept non-essential cookies;
• Performance of a contract or steps taken at your request — for example, to respond to your enquiry or arrange a call; and
• Our legitimate interests — to operate, secure, and improve our website and services, where these interests are not overridden by your rights.

We use trusted third-party providers to operate our website and communicate with you. These providers process personal data on our behalf as data processors under written agreements, and only for the purposes we specify. They include our chat widget, messaging, and booking platform (HighLevel / LeadConnector) and our website hosting and analytics providers. We do not sell your personal data.

We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, to comply with our legal obligations, and to resolve disputes. When your data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, the right to object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time.
